Jarrett believes the experience of furnishing a home should be as welcoming as the home itself. He began his career delivering furniture and, over more than 12 years in the industry, went on to lead stores and regional teams. That firsthand experience shaped his appreciation for the people, coordination, and attention to detail behind a home that comes together beautifully.

As General Manager, he pairs that operational understanding with a genuine spirit of hospitality. His leadership supports Mercato’s In-Home Design Experience, helping the team carry each client’s vision thoughtfully from the first conversation through the arrival of the final piece. With an emphasis on clear communication and careful follow-through, Jarrett cultivates an experience in which the care clients feel in the showroom extends into their homes.
