Julie embodies and implements our design philosophy. She believes the most successful interiors begin with listening. Her approach is grounded in understanding how a client wants to live, what they are naturally drawn to, and how a space can support both beauty and everyday life.

At Mercato, clients work closely with a dedicated designer backed by a collaborative studio of experienced designers, and design assistants. Their shared depth of knowledge creates a seamless, thoughtful experience while preserving the personal relationship and distinct vision at the heart of every project.

As Design Lead, Julie cultivates the standards, curiosity, and exchange of ideas that strengthen this collective approach. Drawing on her extensive experience in luxury residential design, new construction, and renovations, she keeps the team attuned to exceptional materials, fine craftsmanship, emerging resources, and the latest design tools—helping ensure each interior feels refined, personal, comfortable, and enduring.
